We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our Data Science Team, who will play a key role in transforming large-scale data into actionable insights and developing advanced machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making across multiple business units.
This role offers the opportunity to work on LLM-powered systems, agentic AI architectures, and production-grade data science solutions in a dynamic, multi-industry environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Science role
- Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-driven projects
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn; PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus)
- Experience developing projects involving LLMs and agentic AI systems
- Solid knowledge of data modeling and database design
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI approaches
- Build AI & data integrations or chatbots using automation platforms such as n8n
- Manage data modeling, data cleaning, and feature engineering processes
- Develop data analysis, machine learning, and optimization solutions using Python
- Collaborate closely with backend teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments
- Monitor, evaluate, optimize, and report on model performance
- Contribute to C# backend projects when required
