As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven, people-oriented Senior Software Sales Specialist to join our team.
What we expect from you
- Preferably experience in SaaS / technology / HR-Tech / B2B sales
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales.
- Strong capability to understand client needs and recommend the right solution
- Discipline in using CRM tools and managing the sales pipeline
- Strong presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, team-oriented
Nice to have: Familiarity with HR processes, ATS/HRIS systems, or software products.
What you will do:
- Build target customer lists and drive new customer acquisition
- Deliver online and on-site product demos
- Prepare proposals and manage negotiation and closing processes
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify growth opportunities
- Share feedback with the marketing and product teams
- Keep the CRM and pipeline updated and report regularly
