Team Lead – Software Development

Location: Yıldız Teknopark, Istanbul | Company: FABIT

FABIT is an innovative technology company based in Yıldız Teknopark, offering software solutions across various industries. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Team Lead who will not only manage our development team but also take an active role in our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to an 8-person software development team, mentoring and supporting team members in their professional growth
• Oversee project planning, task tracking, and internal coordination
• Write code and provide hands-on technical support when necessary
• Play an active role in ERP integration projects (especially with Uyumsoft or similar systems)
• Make technical decisions to improve code quality and software architecture
• Implement best practices in software development processes and help the team adopt them
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, especially within the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or technical lead
• Proven experience in ERP projects and integrations (preferably with Uyumsoft)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and layered architecture
• Experience with clean code principles and software quality standards
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, and a solution-driven approach
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
